Sales Representative in Serbian - Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Industry

Summary of primary job responsibilities:

In cooperation with our Clients, we are looking for a Sales Representative (fluent in Serbian) for cosmetic products and dietary supplements. Sales representatives give presentation, demonstrate and sell products or services to potential buyers, and negotiate sales terms via phone.

With full training provided, your task will be to follow Client strategy and sales plan, to communicate with potential customers and to present Client product range.

 

Your tasks will be to:

  • Place outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote new products
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies
  • Answering questions about products or the company you represent
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Conduct research to identify solutions and answers to difficult client issues
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately

 

Your skills: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

 

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

More education or experience in sales may be preferred.
