My work position is Team Leader. Out of work I am a dad and a husband. I like to travel, to play folklore, to hang out with friends. I took my first steps in the Call Center at Edge Networks. I imagined working in a Call Center exactly as it is, a path of ups and downs, professional challenges and learning. The people I work with are nice, educated, eloquent with the qualities that a good team should have. We are all different but compact and team oriented. My job is to monitor Agents progress toward goals, control the quality of agents’ conversations, to evaluate and correct irregularities.
